Born for Lithium Batteries
This battery charger is designed for lithium batteries. When the lithium battery triggers the low temperature/low voltage while charging, the BMS will turn on the protection, which means the lithium battery cannot be charged and needs to be activated. This charger provides a lithium battery activation function that quickly exits the protection mode and recharges. Along with CE and UKCA certification, it provides a safe and stable AC charging environment.
High Adaptability
This battery charger has a wide AC input voltage range, 100-240 VAC 50/60Hz, which is compatible with various needs. The charger comes with two battery charging cables, one with alligator clips and the other with ring terminals. Rich wiring design to match different needs allows users to quickly establish the connection between the battery and the charger.
Smart Charging
The charger has a 3-stage intelligent charging design: high current (cc), constant voltage (cv), trickle. It can accurately identify battery voltage and automatically switch charging mode and provide fast and efficient charging for lithium batteries; the charger's efficiency can reach up to 92%.
Build-in Safety Protection
The charger has six built-in protection functions to ensure charging safety, including short-circuit protection, over-current protection, over-temperature protection, over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, and reverse polarity protection. The charger's indicator light can remind the wrong charging status and achieves all-round monitoring and protection.

Generally, smaller items can ship parcel service like UPS, and larger items may need scheduled delivery through freight services.
For Truck Freight shipments, delivery usually takes between 3 and 10 business days from when your order leaves the warehouse. When your shipment arrives at a nearby terminal, you will be contacted by the freight carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. Most companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
We will send tracking information for your order immediately when it becomes available. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. If you have any concerns, reach out to us at support@Tierhouse.com.
If your products are damaged or defective, please take photos and send them to support@tierhouse.com within 14 days, and we will coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Customers will not be subject to any costs for damaged/defective returns.
As for non-damaged/defective returns, we accept returns up to 14 days of the item being delivered on most products (for example, made-to-order items cannot be returned). Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return, as well as a restocking fee on some products up to 25% of the purchase price. If you would like to make a return after the 14-day period, it may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations are accepted only for back-ordered products. Generally orders will ship from the manufacturer very quickly, so we cannot process cancellations.
