The HBK199S-2NK is also outfitted with a stainless steel mat that evenly distributes the weight of your kegs so that the inner liner of the cooler remains undamaged despite frequent keg changes and years of use. The cooler is mounted on 4 locking casters so if you have a BBQ outside, or are hosting a party at your home, your keg can go to your guests! The sleek stainless steel finish makes it durable and easy to incorporate into existing decor. It also comes with 2 removable shelves so while you're waiting for your next batch of home brew to finish fermenting, your keg cooler can double as a small refrigerator. A knockout for your CO2 tank lets you maximize the cooled interior space for your refrigerator for kegs by storing the tank externally and a dishwasher-safe drip tray makes inevitable spills and accidental over-fills a breeze to clean up.

Shipping times and shipping method will depend on the specific product and brand. You may be able to find this information on the product page for each product. Generally, smaller items can ship parcel service like UPS, and larger items may need scheduled delivery through freight services.
For Truck Freight shipments, delivery usually takes between 3 and 10 business days from when your order leaves the warehouse. When your shipment arrives at a nearby terminal, you will be contacted by the freight carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. Most companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
We will send tracking information for your order immediately when it becomes available. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. If you have any concerns, reach out to us at support@Tierhouse.com.
If your products are damaged or defective, please take photos and send them to support@tierhouse.com within 14 days, and we will coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Customers will not be subject to any costs for damaged/defective returns.
As for non-damaged/defective returns, we accept returns up to 14 days of the item being delivered on most products (for example, made-to-order items cannot be returned). Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return, as well as a restocking fee on some products up to 25% of the purchase price. If you would like to make a return after the 14-day period, it may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations are accepted only for back-ordered products. Generally orders will ship from the manufacturer very quickly, so we cannot process cancellations.
