The Dial Control can set a timer for anywhere between 1 and 60 minutes. For longer heating, simply reset the timer. An interior light with lampshade assists in visibility during sauna use.
Assembly is required, though your sauna can be set up and used in just a few hours by following the step-by-step guide provided with each purchase. Generally, smaller items can ship parcel service like UPS, and larger items may need scheduled delivery through freight services.
For Truck Freight shipments, delivery usually takes between 3 and 10 business days from when your order leaves the warehouse. When your shipment arrives at a nearby terminal, you will be contacted by the freight carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. Most companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
We will send tracking information for your order immediately when it becomes available. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. If you have any concerns, reach out to us at support@Tierhouse.com.
If your products are damaged or defective, please take photos and send them to support@tierhouse.com within 14 days, and we will coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Customers will not be subject to any costs for damaged/defective returns.
As for non-damaged/defective returns, we accept returns up to 14 days of the item being delivered on most products (for example, made-to-order items cannot be returned). Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return, as well as a restocking fee on some products up to 25% of the purchase price. If you would like to make a return after the 14-day period, it may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations are accepted only for back-ordered products. Generally orders will ship from the manufacturer very quickly, so we cannot process cancellations.
