The designers placed a high standard on the finishing quality of this beautiful collection. The collection features a rich ebony black tone with hand applied soft silvery-white subtle dry brushed accents that accentuate the design elements before applying the multi-step powder coat finishing protection for longer lasting outdoor use. The set features 6 tall shapely contoured back arm chairs intricately woven in a unique pattern by hand in all-weather natural looking synthetic polyethylene wicker weave. The shape of the chair back is not only fashionable but offers very comfortable seating. The table and chairs also have unique insignia collection details as the top have an alluring symmetrical open design and the chair's arms offer a stylish twist. The Wyndemere Oval Dining 7 Piece Set can be used standalone or pairs perfectly with the Wyndemere Chaises for a more complete back yard. The collection also offers a smaller table set and a casual seating fire pit club chair set, if desired. The chairs and table are cast in 100% aluminum and will never rust. The chairs are fully welded prior to finishing, you will never find screws used in a Bridgeton Moore Aluminum Seat and no assembly is required, the table requires light assembly. Generally, smaller items can ship parcel service like UPS, and larger items may need scheduled delivery through freight services.
For Truck Freight shipments, delivery usually takes between 3 and 10 business days from when your order leaves the warehouse. When your shipment arrives at a nearby terminal, you will be contacted by the freight carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. Most companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
We will send tracking information for your order immediately when it becomes available. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. If you have any concerns, reach out to us at support@Tierhouse.com.
If your products are damaged or defective, please take photos and send them to support@tierhouse.com within 14 days, and we will coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Customers will not be subject to any costs for damaged/defective returns.
As for non-damaged/defective returns, we accept returns up to 14 days of the item being delivered on most products (for example, made-to-order items cannot be returned). Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return, as well as a restocking fee on some products up to 25% of the purchase price. If you would like to make a return after the 14-day period, it may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations are accepted only for back-ordered products. Generally orders will ship from the manufacturer very quickly, so we cannot process cancellations.
