The Monarch Mahogany Executive Desk is 79 " wide x 38" deep x 33" tall. A beautiful larger scaled desk with many executive details. The desk is 100 % hand made and hand carved in Mahogany and features carved columns, recessed raised panels, carved decorative moldings, feet and details, a well proportioned curved privacy panel front, ample storage with many drawers of which full file drawers for either vertical or lateral files flank each side. The hardware offers full extension ball bearing hinges for a longer lasting smoother operation. The desk comes in 4 fully constructed sections to enable such a large desk to fit through doors but custom crafted to go together with no screws or hardware required. The desk is finished in a Vintage Classic (VC) a fine hand applied mahogany finish with subtle antiqued silver rub that enhance the overall rich affect and accent the details. The desk is a hand made creation by Heritage, a fine hand made furniture collection , adhering to the standards of age old traditional crafting. Each piece is hand carved one piece at a time by some of the worlds best carvers. The special Mahogany wood used comes from replanted forests, the selected wood has been kiln dried. The item in its final form is stress and pressure tested prior to finishing to insure long lasting stability in most all climates, a Heritage Brand standard. The final steps of hand making furniture is the application of the hand applied finishes. The specialty finishes used combine hand applied layering, glazing, padding ,distressing and crackling techniques and complete the beauty and value of owning timeless Heritage Furniture, a quality that will last for generations of ownership. Shipping
Shipping times and shipping method will depend on the specific product and brand. You may be able to find this information on the product page for each product. Generally, smaller items can ship parcel service like UPS, and larger items may need scheduled delivery through freight services.
For Truck Freight shipments, delivery usually takes between 3 and 10 business days from when your order leaves the warehouse. When your shipment arrives at a nearby terminal, you will be contacted by the freight carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. Most companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
We will send tracking information for your order immediately when it becomes available. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. If you have any concerns, reach out to us at support@Tierhouse.com.
If your products are damaged or defective, please take photos and send them to support@tierhouse.com within 14 days, and we will coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Customers will not be subject to any costs for damaged/defective returns.
As for non-damaged/defective returns, we accept returns up to 14 days of the item being delivered on most products (for example, made-to-order items cannot be returned). Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return, as well as a restocking fee on some products up to 25% of the purchase price. If you would like to make a return after the 14-day period, it may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations are accepted only for back-ordered products. Generally orders will ship from the manufacturer very quickly, so we cannot process cancellations.
