The Buckingham Library Bookcase - BK is one of the larger and most beautiful wall units from Heritage it stands 118" wide x 21" deep x 98" tall. The impressive scale and quality will make a statement when placed in a well designed room as few pieces of furniture can, regardless of even many times the cost. The design encompasses turn of the century styling, designed and scaled to showcasing American Standards. The bookcase features alluring concave and convex styling topped with a large crown moldings, hand carved accent medallions and fluted pilasters. The unit comes in 3 pieces for easier delivery and installation. You will receive 2.... concave pier side units each featuring a recessed glass top shelf for expanded illumination of display, additional thick mahogany shelves with a multitude of adjustable positions and a full decorative bead board back and 1..... larger and wider convex center unit creating a beautiful balance in the design. Each section comes with UL Listed recessed lights. The item shown is finished in our Black Gold Multi Finish with an interior contrast of Vintage Estate (VE) a mahogany finish. Heritage is a fine hand made furniture collection in the purest of standards of age old traditional crafting. Each piece is hand carved one piece at a time by some of the worlds best carvers. The special Mahogany wood used comes from replanted forests, the selected wood has been kiln dried. The item in its final form is stress and pressure tested prior to finishing to insure long lasting stability in most all climates, a Heritage Brand standard. The final steps of hand making furniture is the application of the hand applied finishes. The specialty finishes used combine hand applied layering, glazing, padding ,distressing and crackling techniques and complete the beauty and value of owning timeless Heritage Furniture, a quality that will last for generations of ownership. Shipping
Shipping times and shipping method will depend on the specific product and brand. You may be able to find this information on the product page for each product. Generally, smaller items can ship parcel service like UPS, and larger items may need scheduled delivery through freight services.
For Truck Freight shipments, delivery usually takes between 3 and 10 business days from when your order leaves the warehouse. When your shipment arrives at a nearby terminal, you will be contacted by the freight carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. Most companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
We will send tracking information for your order immediately when it becomes available. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. If you have any concerns, reach out to us at support@Tierhouse.com.
If your products are damaged or defective, please take photos and send them to support@tierhouse.com within 14 days, and we will coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Customers will not be subject to any costs for damaged/defective returns.
As for non-damaged/defective returns, we accept returns up to 14 days of the item being delivered on most products (for example, made-to-order items cannot be returned). Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return, as well as a restocking fee on some products up to 25% of the purchase price. If you would like to make a return after the 14-day period, it may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations are accepted only for back-ordered products. Generally orders will ship from the manufacturer very quickly, so we cannot process cancellations.
